Can We Help:
The choice of home is just the starting point and base for successful care. Each of our homes provides different facilities to accommodate a wide range of needs. We also employ a range of staff to provide a skilled and holistic service including Activities Coordinators, Registered Nurses, a Clinical Lead and a Behavioural Support Lead. These roles all help us to deliver a high standard of care and support to people with a wide range of needs and behaviours that challenge.
At the heart of our ethos is multi-disciplinary working. We work closely with the people who live here, their family members, key support professionals and stakeholders, to ensure the care and services provided would not only best meet an individual’s support requirements and interests in life – but would help them to achieve the greatest possible progression. We also encourage people to make use of the local community facilities and our support staff can help Service Users to obtain and attend college placements or volunteering opportunities and take part in their favourite leisure activities which may include anything from swimming, walking and football, to craft work and socialising.
