Responsibilities:

• To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide a good quality of health, welfare and wellbeing of our Service Users.
• To contribute, develop and implement Service Users ‘individual care and person-centred plans.
• To work flexibly to meet peoples’ support needs.
• To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons in the Service User’s life.
• To supervise and work as part of a team.
• To work effectively and professionally within the; policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company with our colleagues.
• To assist your Team Leader in the management of a small team of Support Workers.

Requirements:

• Drivers licence and own transport.
• Experience of the people in our care who have learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and mental health concerns.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Candidates must have the right to work within the UK.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Salary: £11.66 per hour
