Stepping Stones is a family run residential care service in Gloucestershire, founded in 1983. We have five homes in the Forest of Dean, as well as a mental health nursing home in Redmarley.
We specialise in supporting individuals with a learning disability, autistic spectrum condition and mental health conditions and who also present with complex and challenging needs.
We work to provide a holistic approach to an individual care and achieve this by working with Primary care teams, Social Care Teams and other professionals. Additionally, we also provide other key roles, including a Behavioural Support Lead and a Clinical Lead. These roles ensure that our care approach is detailed and focused on enhancing the lives of the people who live in our homes.
Stepping Stones aim to be recognised nationally as a leading provider of care and development for people with learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviours.
